I am a 7 year breast cancer survivor, single parent, psychologist and a girl who almost always lands on her feet. This blog was born of the desire to help women navigate the emotional experience, trauma and grief that is breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. With the eye of a trauma professional combined with the humor and compassion of someone who has walked a mile in the pink shoes, I hope to inspire; to be a place where women find a name for what it is they are feeling inside, and a road map for healing as they continue onward in life.

I offer coaching via skype for women who are going through cancer treatment, and who are needing help navigating the emotional aftermath of treatment.  Contact me for more information.
